- Usage data (activity logs, team assignments, prediction requests)
- Device and browser info for security and performance
- Optional integrations data if you choose to connect them
2. How We Use Data
- To operate the Platform and deliver predictions
- To improve system performance and forecasting models
- To contact you regarding product updates and support
3. Storage & Location
Data is stored in DigitalOcean servers (NYC region) with industry standard encryption and access control.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics)
- Subprocessors needed for system operation
A list of subprocessors is available upon request.
5. AI Features
AI processing may be used for forecasting, performance scoring, and risk insights. Data is processed for these purposes only and not used to train public models.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of your use of the service and up to 90 days after unless deleted sooner upon request.
7. Rights
You may request:
- Access to your data
- Correction or deletion
- Export of data where technically possible
We will respond within 30 days.
