By accessing or using Motionode ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

• Features, performance, and results are not guaranteed.
• Data may be lost, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• You may provide feedback to help us improve the Platform.
• Motionode may modify or discontinue services with notice where required.

2. Intended Purpose

Motionode provides task tracking, delivery forecasting, and operational insights for software development teams. Motionode is not a project management system of record and does not replace legal, financial, or HR compliance systems.

3. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "AS IS." Motionode makes no warranties regarding prediction accuracy, delivery estimates, or data outputs. You use the Platform at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure your login and data access are secure.
• You are responsible for your team's compliance with these Terms.
• You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer the Platform.

5. Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motionode and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

6. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is set per plan and may change with notice. Invoices may be issued manually and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

7. Data Ownership

Users and organizations retain ownership of their content. By using the Platform, you grant Motionode a license to process and store data for operational purposes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Motionode reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that cannot be supported.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
